Cancellation of the customer
The customer can at any time unsubscribe his profile.
Once logged in, from the "Edit Profile" section just click on the red button at the bottom left "Request account cancellation" and confirm.
The administrator of the platform will manually delete the profile of the customer who requested it, the latter will receive a confirmation of cancellation by email.
PLEASE NOTE: the customer cannot request cancellation if he has a case in progress.
BE CAREFUL: the platform deletes the profile of the requesting customer but maintains its data according to the times established by the privacy policy subscribed by him.
