Only the agency can declare the closure of a case: to do so you need to access the Case Management section and in the respective case, below the case number, in the drop-down menu "Change status" click on Case Completed and give confirmation on popup box.
The customer receives both a notification within his platform and an email that notifies him of the closure of the case by the agency. The customer can confirm the completion of the case or disagree, in the latter case he directly opens a support ticket that allows him to explain why he disagrees with the closure of the case.
Once the case has been completed, you can download a file that contains:
- the investigation report, which contains all the evidences and informations collected during the investigation, which is valid in legal proceedings;
- the chat between the customer and the agency
- all media files uploaded by agent and agency in the Story line.
Anything found in the closed-house report is valid proof to the court.
