Assignment of staff to a case
The Agency may assign a case to an agent: in the Agent Management tab, the Agency may add the case to one or more agents.
Only agents with which a connection is active can be added to a case.
Also in this section the agency can view the elements that the agent proposes to enter in the storyline, accept or reject them.
The agent may or may not agree to take part in the investigation, may also drop the case while the service is in progress by stating a reason.
Even the agency, in turn, can remove an agent from the case that had assigned him giving a reason.
