Investigations for abuse of permits law 104

The purpose of this business-type of investigation is to ascertain the commission of unlawful acts through the repeated and unjustified use of the permits granted by Law 104 for family help.

This type of investigation can provide evidence that can be presented in court, which can lead to dismissal for just cause and fraud against INPS.

The investigation activities are carried out using observation, control, tailing, surveillance, and stakeout techniques. 100 km are included in this service and the use of 1 or 2 investigators is recommended.
