Both the agency and Fidavo can cancel the contract in advance for any reason by communication to be made in written form by registered letter with return receipt or by PEC to be sent to the other party with a notice of 30 days.
Fidavo also has the right to disable Credentials and, therefore, access to the platform, where 2 negative reviews are published on the portal referring to the execution of investigation services carried out by the agency through Fidavo. In this case, Fidavo will promptly notify the agency of the disabling of the Credentials inviting the latter to provide clarification no later than 15 days from receipt of this communication. After 15 days from the receipt of the information/ clarifications, Fidavo will also have the right to withdraw immediately and without notice if it believes that the relationship of trust with the agency has irremediably ceased.
This does not affect Fidavo’s right to compensation for any damage sustained as a result of the conduct of the agency.
In the event that an agency defaults even for one time to any of its obligations under the contract (4. Obligations and declarations to guarantee the operators), Fidavo may terminate the contract by sending a notice by registered mail with return receipt or PEC.
The same procedure is adopted for the agent, while the customer has the possibility to delete his profile.
Client
All profile data can be edited by clicking on the top right of the profile image and then on Edit profile.
Agency
Only the Profile section, the latest, can be modified directly by clicking on the top right of the profile image and then on Edit profile.
If the Agency would like to change a specific detail among the Account, Agency or Activity sections, it should do so by requesting assistance with opening a Support Ticket.
Investigator
Only the More information section, the last one, can be edited directly by clicking on the top right of the profile image and then on Edit profile.
If the Agency would like to change a specific item among the Investigator Details, Address and Documents or Tasks and Equipment sections, it should do so by requesting assistance with opening a Support Ticket.
Client
The customer can at any time request the cancellation of his profile.
Once logged in, from the "Edit Profile" section just click on the red button at the bottom left "Request account cancellation" and confirm.
The administrator of the platform will manually delete the profile of the customer who requested it, who will receive a confirmation of cancellation by email.
PLEASE NOTE: the customer cannot request cancellation if he has a case in progress.

Yes, Fidavo.com guarantees a password recovery procedure:
- Click on Forgotten password?
- Enter the email address to send the email containing the link to create a new password and click Send Restore Link.
- Open the email you sent to the email address that was sent for the procedure and click on the Reset Password button.
- You will be redirected to the platform and there you can enter the new password and confirm it.
